Our plan of action gives priority to awareness dessimination as well as practice oriented, coordinated efforts with governmental, non-governmental organizations to achieve our goals

• To work with the local Army, Air force and BSF for increasing Green coverage in their premises by donating saplings and associating them with our Eco friendly initiatives.
• To work with the local forest department and plant trees in the required areas.
• Initiative to educate school children in and around Trivandrum, eventually reaching all over kerala.
• The project at UDS Kovalam will be made available for the schools in Trivandrum and state wide to learn "ECP" Earth Caring Practice, through well structured presentations and education materials.
• Formation of a pilot forest at wagamon by UDS
• Establishment of earth centre to share the knowledge gathered from researches and to disseminate information and awareness on environmental issues.
   
   
 
Immediate action plan
   
  • Appoint naturalist to interact with staffs of the hotels and the guests which helps in training them on bio diversity conservation and environmental management.
• conducting Nature tours for promoting bio diversity and conservation efforts
• environmental awareness programs in schools and other educational platforms by Naturalists
• All members of the staffs will be given external training on bio diversity conservation and environmental management.
• Assisting the mentally retarded homes by contributing to their nutritional requirements.
• Specific training sessions for colleges on bio-diversity/Identification of flora and fauna?
• Youth Development projects and workshops which links ecology with responsible tourism which in turn can lead to the Pata grand award 2010.
• Conducting sports meets at schools and language classes for marginalised sections of students
• Support the local college or school for the home science department-House keeping / cleaning terms and methods and cookery classes.
